A/V Upgrades in an Exotic Location

Entertainment systems, perhaps more than any technical system onboard, have been going through rapid evolution cycles in recent years. Transition from analog to digital, flat panels and increasing high definition video, streaming, touch-screen control systems, and other advances can make a system installed just five years ago feel antiquated today. While frequent full refits can certainly keep up with with the changing technological landscape, many yachts do not have the time or budget for them.

For those of you spending the winter season the Caribbean, we offer a planned, incremental, area-at-a-time approach. We evaluate your current system and upgrade needs, then break them down to manageable chunks that can be done in-between charters or owner’s trips. We could work on the main salon one month, the Skylounge in another, and perhaps the lower guest cabins the following season. We can upgrade older remotes to new iPad-based touch screens, add AirPlay capabilities, get better sound to outdoor areas, or any other change needed.
